in London. This area is now completely different to what is was like twenty

years ago.

Canary Wharf was a dirty area, twenty years ago. There weren’t many shops or people. People didn’t have much money or nice houses or beautiful

cars. They could only get around by bus or on foot. There were empty

warehouses . Life was difficult twenty years ago.

Canary Wharf is a clean area nowadays. There are beautiful flats, lots

of shops, offices, restaurants and cafes . People have got a lot of money,

lovely houses and nice cars. People can get around by train, bus or taxi.

Life is very easy now.

Canary Wharf is a nice place to live nowadays.
