My family and I have returned from a two-week holiday at the Paradise hotel in Spain and I wish to complain about the bad accomodation,
Briefly, my complaint is as follows:
The tiles in the bathroom were cracked, and some were coming off from the wall; the shower did not work at all, the general standart of cleanliness and decoration was very poor. When I asked your manager if we could be moved, he refused.
I had eexpected the accomodation you provided to be as 5 star-quality apartments. i enclose some photographs, that I think show clearly, what`s wrong with your Paradise hotel.
I look forward to an offer of compensation within 14 days.
